Evaphone is a service that lets you make PC to phone calls free of charge. This services lets you make international calls to over 150 countries worldwide. There is however a catch (big surprise there :P ); Call duration is limited. The maximum allowed call duration varies by country. For example, you can only make a 15 second call to Sri Lanka through this service but you can call as long as 6 minutes straight to the United States. There is no limit to the number of calls one can make so you can repeatedly dial the same number if you want to talk more (if the max limit is 15 seconds this would suck anyway). As mentioned above this service is free but an advertisement will pop up every time you make a call. Check it out you don’t even need to register to make a call.
