InviteThe.Net – Private Tracker Invite Forum Open For Registration

As we mentioned in our article about TrackeReactor, we are slowly expanding our coverage to include articles about BitTorrent news/invite forums in addition to the usual stuff that’s posted here. So here’s our third featured BitTorrent invite community – InviteThe.Net (not to be confused with private tracker InspireThe.Net). Although few people are aware of it, InviteTheNet is not exactly a brand new invite forum – they’ve been here since January 2009. In fact, they were formerly known as PTiAccess. The site recently got a new name and moved over to a new domain - the old community of members however remain in tact, despite the move.

InviteThe.Net

Speaking of statistics, InviteTheNet currently has around 200 members who’ve made 12000+ posts on close to 3000 threads. The 200 member count is not bad for a forum which recruited members based on interviews since day one (even when signups are open, users always need to go through an IRC interview if they are to get full access).

As for the content you can find on InviteThe.Net, it pretty much has everything you look for in a BT invite forum. Tracker reviews, invite giveaways, bonus giveaways (seedhour bonuses, etc), invite requests, tracker recruitment (18 recruitment threads online so far), torrent news, seedbox reviews, etc are all there. Tracker reviews and invite giveaways sections are very well organized – they are sorted by torrent site category (General/0Day, E-Learning, Sports, etc) and each category has it’s own child forum. It’s not a huge deal but definitely makes it easier to find/request what you are looking for.

InviteTheNet

Before you giveaway/request invites, make sure to have a look at the ‘Do not offer’ list. Also note that invite trading is banned.

Although InviteTheNet is currently open for registration, gaining full access is not so straightforward.  You cannot see any of the good stuff until you post a welcome message with ratio proofs on the introduction thread. Then you need to connect to the waiting room on their IRC server and post the link to the thread you made in the forums to get approved. Thankfully, everything is described in clear detail (along with screenshots) in the Introduction forum section so this should not be a problem for most readers.

It’s still a young site compared to the likes of FileSharingTalk but InviteTheNet definitely looks promising. Check it out.
