A few days ago, we posted about the new Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (KIS) features the same Anti-Virus engine but has a lot of new extra features and components for all round protection. As the name says, it is an Internet Security Suite and has a lot more than an anti-malware engine including a firewall, spam filter, identity theft protection and a parental control. The only drawback with enabling all of these is the system resources consumption. Luckily, you can customize and turn off the features you don't need; for example I have no use of the Parental control and having in running on the background would be a waste of computer resources. This component alone can be turned off without affecting the operation of Anti-malware engine or any of the other components.
Oh, and if you are fiddling with blacklisted keys or invalid serials, look what I found.
