First of all we apologize for not posting this earlier. The Game Scene Charts (TGSC) Magazine’s October 2009 issue was pre’d about three weeks ago but since we’ve been obsessed with private tracker posts lately, the article got delayed and shot to hell (in the meantime we missed issue #35, but that’s a different story). Anyways here’s the latest issue of your favorite scene magazine; TGSC ranks release groups in the warez scene based on the number of pirated game releases they make each month. This month’s highlight – RELOADED and their German division 0x0007 wanted to be removed from the mag and rankings but the editor’s answer; ‘That ain’t going to happen anytime soon’.
According to the info posted in editorial, RELOADED apparently felt that the magazine was biased towards SKIDROW. This is an interesting claim as RLD had won yearly stats three times in a row (until now) and are sill leading TGSC all time stats by a healthy number of points. However, screenshot below might explain the envy towards SKIDROW:
Contrary to the group’s wishes, both RELOADED and 0x0007 are still included in the charts. Interestingly RLD have won the ‘group of the month’ award for October 2009, beating SKIDROW by 20 points. Anyways enough with us blabbering out all the details – download the mag and read it for yourself :p
